Rahul Shah is a dedicated hospitality professional with cumulative 8 years of experience in sales, marketing and front office departments and has now turned entrepreneur with his venture H.C.S (Hospitality Consultancy Services) which specializes in providing strategies for Brand development, Customer Relationship management, Customer Service training, Market Research, Web design and Social Media management.
Rahul did his BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management/ Marketing, from IHTTI School of Hotel Management, Switzerland, which is certified and awarded by the Bournemouth University, United Kingdom. He then worked at OJAI VALLEY INN & SPA, California, USA where he was responsible for Guest reservations, yield management, enhanced rate negotiating skills, scheduling, time management, delegating tasks and training. For two consecutive years he was a member of the team that won the “AAA 5 Diamond award” for the resort.
Since then Rahul has worked with ITC Hotel - The Maratha in Mumbai, Umi Hotels in London, UK, Umi Marketing and BookitWith and Little Italy Express Foods Pvt. Ltd. He has successfully organized events for Diageo, United Breweries, HP, Wizcraft, British Gas, ONGC as well as social events like weddings and family functions. He has also aided in the sales and marketing field by conducting market researches and compiling competitor analysis.
